Pycnogenol is a flavanoid with strong antioxidant properties derived from the bark of the French Pinus maritima tree.

Pycnogenol's Health Benefits

Pycnogenol is currently being studied for its role in protecting the heart and for possible use in the treatment of certain vascular disorders. Recent studies suggest that pycnogenol may also have anti-inflammatory properties, and may help boost the immune system. More research is needed.

Using Pycnogenol

General recommended dosages vary: 25-200mg per day. Use as directed.
